Selectboard’s Work Session Minutes
Wednesday, February 11, 2015 – 4:30 PM

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairwoman Davidson.
Documents for Approval/Review/Signature
The Selectboard reviewed and/or signed the following items:
- A/P Invoices
- Payroll
- Corrected Minutes of 1/07/15
- Minutes of 2/04/15
- Road Toll Refund Application
The Selectboard briefly reviewed a Draft Town Report brought in at the beginning of the meeting by Office Manager Catherine Shaw.
4:45 PM: Selectboard Non-Public Meeting
At 4:45 PM, on a motion by the Chair and a second by Selectwoman Day, the Board voted to enter non-public session on a roll call vote under RSA 91-A:3 IIA Personnel. At 6:50PM the Board voted 3-0 to end non-public session and seal the minutes. No decisions were made.
7:00 PM: Leah Conway Fiscanaro, Welfare Director
At 7:00 PM Leah Conway, Greenfield Welfare Director asked for a brief audience with the Board. A welfare voucher was reviewed and approved by the Board.
Adjournment
On a motion by the Chair, and a second by Selectwoman Charig Bliss, the Board voted to adjourn. The motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM.
The minutes are final when approved and signed by the Selectboard. A signed copy is on file in the Selectboard’s office.
